About the role

As a Civil Engineer and Project Coordinator at CAFEINA HN, you will lead the planning, coordination, and supervision of civil engineering projects from design through construction. The position is full‑time, onsite, and based in Santa Rosa de Copán.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with technical, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage material and human resources, and conduct frequent site visits in nearby cities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, making decisions under pressure to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience coordinating civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations, occupational safety, and quality control.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with contractors, suppliers, and internal staff.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel to construction sites.
