About the role

Constructora J&V is expanding and seeks a qualified Civil Engineer to supervise construction projects on site in San Pedro Sula. The role involves ensuring that works are executed according to design, schedule, and budget while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily construction activities and verify compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site teams to keep work progressing smoothly.
• Control project budgets, track expenditures, and report variances.
• Prepare and review progress reports, field documentation, and technical drawings.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering (titled).
• At least 2 years of proven experience supervising field projects.
• Availability to work flexible hours and travel within and outside San Pedro Sula.
• Own vehicle for site visits.

Required skills

• Budget management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
