About the role

We are looking for a qualified Solar Energy Projects Engineer to join our team in San Pedro Sula. The role involves designing, developing, supervising and maintaining photovoltaic and thermal solar systems while ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop solar photovoltaic (PV) and solar thermal installations.
• Supervise construction, commissioning and ongoing operation of solar projects.
• Diagnose system failures and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule and budget.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solar energy projects.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Valid work documentation.
• Immediate availability for hiring.
