Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Superior Glove is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to convert inbound leads into sustainable sales opportunities. You will guide customers through product sampling, wear trials, and the purchasing process while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales leads, identify customer needs, and uncover upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers, building strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Handle small to mid‑size sales opportunities that do not require onsite visits, moving qualified prospects toward closure.
• Support end‑users during product sample and wear trial phases, tracking timelines, costs, safety requirements, and feedback.
• Facilitate quotes and purchases through Superior Glove’s distributor network.
• Conduct proactive prospecting and research using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Maintain accurate customer, activity, and opportunity data in Salesforce CRM.
• Track engagement, sampling activity, conversion rates, and follow‑up effectiveness to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and internal sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

• Comfortable reaching decision‑makers and navigating sales conversations from inquiry to purchase.
