Inside Sales Representative – Remote

About the role

The Studio is seeking a high‑energy Inside Sales Representative to own the inbound sales engine for its product‑creation platforms. You will work remotely, handling a high‑volume stream of inbound leads, guiding prospects through the production journey, and turning first‑time buyers into long‑term partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full inbound sales cycle, from qualification to closing, using Pipedrive with strict CRM hygiene.
• Build and nurture a portfolio of repeat accounts, driving ongoing revenue.
• Collaborate with Lead Generation, Production, and Design teams to ensure seamless order execution and post‑sale follow‑up.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of quota‑carrying sales experience, preferably in an Inside Sales or Account Executive role.
• Proven ability to handle high‑velocity inbound leads in a tech or service environment.
• Extreme ownership mindset and rapid adaptability to feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Pipedrive.
• Strong video‑call presentation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or interest in apparel/custom product design.
