Interactive Media Designer / GFX Designer & Animator

About the role

We are seeking a creative Interactive Media Designer who blends instructional design principles with strong multimedia production, graphic design, and animation skills. You will craft engaging learning experiences and digital media for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design learning experiences using instructional design methodologies and adult‑learning best practices.
• Produce and edit videos, motion graphics, podcasts, micro‑learning modules, and interactive e‑learning courses.
• Create high‑quality graphic assets, illustrations, icons, and infographics that support learning content.
• Develop UI animations and interactive graphics for web‑based learning platforms.
• Build e‑learning courses primarily with Articulate 360 Storyline.
• Design visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Animate and edit motion graphics with Adobe After Effects (or similar) and edit audio/video content.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders throughout the content lifecycle.
• Optimize assets for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility on desktop and mobile.
• Maintain visual consistency by following brand guidelines and design systems.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in instructional design, multimedia production, graphic design, animation, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with Articulate 360, especially Storyline.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop.
• Demonstrated ability to create motion graphics and animations.
• Experience editing audio and video content.
• Excellent visual design sense (typography, layout, color, composition).
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to diverse client needs.
