About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead the payroll channels division, overseeing corporate client relationships and driving sales performance across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate and lead commercial teams to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Design and execute action plans that provide agile service to corporate customers and internal collaborators.
• Promote financial inclusion and financial education within the payroll segment.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of banking insurance, payroll accounts, credit and debit cards.
• Proven experience leading commercial teams and managing long‑term corporate relationships.
• Previous roles such as payroll coordinator, corporate banking executive or administrative manager.
