Junior Bilingual Accountant – On-site San Pedro Sula

About the role

This position ensures accurate and timely accounting records for designated legal entities, supporting financial integrity and compliance. You will work on‑site in San Pedro Sula, collaborating with multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end accounts payable, including invoice coding, vendor payments, weekly AP reports and sub‑ledger reconciliation.
• Perform month‑end activities such as balance‑sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, depreciation and preparation of supporting schedules.
• Analyze financial discrepancies, recommend resolutions, and respond to management inquiries.
• Participate fully in audit processes by providing required documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (CPA or Master’s a plus).
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• High integrity, strong ethics and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Great Plains or similar ERP system.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivots and VLOOKUP.
