Labour Market Analysis Advisor (Volunteer)

About the role

Cuso International is seeking a volunteer Labour Market Analysis Advisor to support INFOP in establishing an Employability Observatory in Tegucigalpa. The role focuses on designing tools, collecting and analysing labour market data, and building capacity for evidence‑based decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop employability monitoring tools, including surveys and interview guides.
• Validate data collection methodologies and implement them in the field.
• Develop frameworks and indicators to measure employability outcomes and program impact.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data, produce reports with findings and recommendations.
• Create user‑friendly tools for ongoing labour market monitoring and deliver training workshops for staff.

Required profile

• University degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, Economics, Statistics or related field; master’s degree is an asset.
• Experience in employability programmes, workforce development, labour market research or programme evaluation.
• Strong analytical, quantitative research and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to design surveys, assessments and data collection tools.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement and capacity‑building experience.
