About the role

The Front‑End Sales Support Specialist is the first point of contact for inbound and outbound leads, bridging interest to a funded loan. You will deliver a compliant, conversion‑focused experience by validating data, handling objections, and submitting lender‑ready leads.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers professionally, building trust and ensuring interactions meet client experience standards.
• Validate identity, vehicle information, financing needs, and documentation to guarantee accurate, compliant data.
• Present financing offers, apply consultative selling techniques, and overcome objections to secure customer agreement.
• Submit fully qualified leads to lenders promptly, adhering to quality and compliance criteria.
• Maintain system updates, accurate record‑keeping, and meet performance benchmarks for lead conversion and data accuracy.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Proven track record in sales support, lead generation, or account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain complex financial terms simply.
• High comfort working across multiple digital tools and screens.
• Strong commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
