Link Executive (Business Banking)

About the role

The Link Executive supports Business Banking executives by handling operational requests from entrepreneurial clients, ensuring high‑quality service and accurate processing of transactions such as disbursements, transfers, and loan payments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Business Executives with account opening, updates, certificate of deposit issuance, signer changes, transfers, and check confirmations.
• Enter and monitor loan‑related requests, mortgage releases, payment plans, and balance statements.
• Help clients with interbank operations, foreign‑exchange auctions, transfers, and repatriations.
• Review credit cases to guarantee quality and prevent re‑processing.
• Provide client service and administrative support when a Business Executive is unavailable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in validation, operational control, customer service, or teller functions.
• Knowledge of EFIS analysis, credit histories, risk centers, and mortgage or pledge loan documentation.
