LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to design, launch, and optimise outbound campaigns for a fast‑growing AI startup. This full‑time remote contractor will own the end‑to‑end process, from research to execution and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Study each client’s product, market, and sales process to define ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer segments.
• Build highly targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and supplementary data sources.
• Craft personalized connection requests, opening messages, follow‑ups, and variations that drive genuine replies.
• Launch and manage LinkedIn outbound campaigns on the company’s platform, tracking acceptance, reply, meeting, and lead‑quality metrics.
• Identify under‑performing elements, run structured A/B tests on audiences, offers, messaging, and CTAs, and iterate quickly.
• Document campaign setups, results, and learnings; turn successful tactics into repeatable playbooks for the broader team.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and optimising B2B outbound campaigns on LinkedIn.
• Strong ability to research ICPs, segment audiences, and write concise, casual, and relevant outreach copy.
• Analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and make data‑driven adjustments.
• Self‑starter who can manage campaigns from strategy through execution with minimal supervision.
