Logistics Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Analyst to join our San Pedro Sula office and support Charger Logistics’ operations. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear documentation, developing analytical solutions and ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and gather requirements through document analysis and stakeholder interviews.
• Define project scope and objectives, create business cases and gap analyses.
• Produce clean, accurate documentation including business requirements, technical specifications and reports.
• Develop technical solutions to address operational challenges and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Maintain ongoing communication with users regarding production issues and resolution strategies.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and client‑handling abilities.
• Self‑starter with good judgment and the capacity to manage expectations.
• Excellent time‑management, organizational and multitasking skills.

Required skills

• Power BI knowledge (preferred).
• High level of technical expertise in data analysis and reporting.
