Logistics Clerk

About the role

The Logistics Clerk will support daily office and operational activities at CRC Global Solutions’ San Pedro Sula location. Working on‑site, you will ensure accurate documentation, smooth information flow and timely assistance to internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and verify data in internal systems and maintain organized records and files.
• Prepare basic reports and update logistics and administrative databases.
• Handle incoming calls, respond to emails and address routine inquiries.
• Organize documents, coordinate information exchange between departments, and assist with scheduling.
• Support logistics processes, update internal ERP or database tools, and perform general office tasks.

Required profile

• Strong administrative and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and basic database or ERP systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and support multiple work streams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in administration, logistics or business is a plus.
