Logistics Coordinator – Advisor Partnerships

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator, Advisor Partnerships, supports UJV’s growth by handling all logistical aspects of business‑development initiatives. You will work closely with the Head of Business Development, Directors and external partners to ensure events, familiarisation trips and client‑gift programs run flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Organise company participation in networking events, trade shows and conferences, managing invitations, RSVPs, registrations and event materials.
• Coordinate Familiarisation (FAM) trips, creating detailed itineraries that cover flights, accommodation, transport and activities.
• Use FamGuru for itinerary management and agent communication, and gather post‑trip feedback.
• Support client gifting, including flowers, e‑gift cards and branded items, and assist with year‑end gift purchases.
• Prepare webinars by handling registrations, Zoom set‑up and material distribution.
• Assist the Business Development team with special projects, override tracking, invoice management and production reporting using Tableau.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in coordination, logistics, events or a related field (hospitality, travel or business‑development support is a plus).
• Strong organisational and detail‑orientation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
