About the role

As a Luxury Experience Designer you will craft bespoke travel journeys for high‑end clients, turning their aspirations into unforgettable itineraries. The role blends creative vision with meticulous project management to deliver seamless, personalized experiences from first contact through post‑trip follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep‑dive consultations to capture each client’s travel DNA and build lasting relationships.
• Design fully customised itineraries, handling every detail from transfers and accommodation to exclusive activities.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with top‑tier hotels, airlines and luxury service providers to secure privileged access and rates.
• Execute bookings with precision, overseeing transfers, insurance, activities and special requests.
• Provide proactive, high‑touch client service throughout the journey, anticipating needs before they arise.
• Drive client retention and referrals through thoughtful follow‑up and post‑trip engagement.
• Collaborate with sales and cross‑functional teams to ensure a flawless end‑to‑end experience.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience curating luxury travel for DMCs, tour operators or travel agencies.
• Passion for travel and a keen eye for destination details.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with travel technology and booking systems.
