Marketing & AI Operations Assistant – Events Coordination

About the role

Learning Genie Inc., an award‑winning EdTech startup, is seeking a Marketing & AI Operations Assistant to support its executive team and drive seamless event execution. This fully remote position focuses on coordinating conferences, workshops, and webinars while maintaining high‑quality data and leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the Marketing team, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Research, plan, and manage end‑to‑end logistics for conferences, workshops, and webinars, including registrations, hotel blocks, budgets, and booth shipments.
• Track sponsorship deliverables and ensure compliance with partnership agreements.
• Draft and send outreach emails, manage cold‑email campaigns, and route qualified leads to sales.
• Maintain clean and deduplicated datasets in Google Workspace and HubSpot CRM.
• Create executive‑ready presentations, reports, and data summaries.
• Utilize generative AI and automation tools to streamline documentation and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Highly organized and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Excellent written communication skills for internal and external correspondence.
