Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

Teamswell is looking for a proactive Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to drive commercial growth across the U.S. and North American markets. You will identify qualified B2B prospects, run targeted outreach campaigns, and keep our CRM data accurate while uncovering new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify plastic recyclers, manufacturers, distributors, and converters to generate qualified supplier and buyer leads across North America.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of relevant B2B prospects and identify key decision‑makers.
• Conduct market and company research to uncover potential trade partners and business opportunities.
• Execute targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, follow‑up with prospects from trade shows, and schedule introductory meetings with the commercial team.
• Maintain and continuously update prospect databases in Zoho CRM and Microsoft Excel, ensuring accurate contact details, interaction history, and pipeline activity.
