Medical Scheduler

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, empathetic, and detail‑oriented Medical Scheduler to join our team. The role involves coordinating patient appointments, communicating with healthcare providers and personal injury law firms, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Key responsibilities

• Contact patients and providers to schedule appointments, confirm details, and send reminders.
• Follow up on scheduling changes, cancellations, or rescheduling needs and keep records up to date.
• Maintain daily communication with personal injury law firms, providing timely updates on appointments and patient status.
• Update and manage patient profiles and appointment information in internal databases.
• Communicate with patients in a professional, respectful, and empathetic manner, handling stressed or injured individuals with high emotional intelligence.

Required profile

• English proficiency at C2 level with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, organizational abilities, and high attention to detail.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to interact empathetically with stressed or injured patients.
• High school diploma required; additional academic qualifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in a medical scheduling or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
