NetSuite Technical Lead – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a senior NetSuite Technical Lead to drive the architectural design and technical execution of NetSuite ERP solutions for global clients. This fully remote position offers the chance to shape high‑performing development strategies and ensure scalable, robust integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and customize enterprise NetSuite ERP environments.
• Provide technical direction, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers and consultants.
• Design and implement high‑quality system integrations and automated business workflows using NetSuite tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into precise technical specifications.
• Establish best practices for testing, documentation, and training to ensure platform quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, NetSuite administration, or technical leadership.
• Proven expertise in NetSuite ERP configuration, development, and architecture.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SuiteScript and system integrations.
• Solid background in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
