Night Shift Customer Service Representative

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a motivated Night Shift Customer Service Representative to join its San Pedro Sula office. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates on shipments and ensuring a smooth logistics experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expert knowledge of company products and services.
• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to build lasting relationships.
• Provide track‑and‑trace updates and resolve freight issues.
• Enter, update, and process customer orders across multiple interfaces.
• Confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
• Coordinate with other departments to clear customs paperwork.
• Follow established procedures for billing and perform duties assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Previous logistics or customer service experience is an asset.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritisation, and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in English.
