Acerca del puesto
Se busca Oficial de Telemarketing para desempeñarse en SPS, realizando actividades de venta y atención al cliente por vía telefónica.
Responsabilidades principales
- Realizar telemarketing y ventas telefónicas.
- Atender consultas y brindar soporte al cliente.
- Negociar y manejar objeciones.
- Utilizar herramientas de CRM y sistemas de gestión comercial.
Perfil requerido
- Educación media completa; deseable formación universitaria en Mercadeo, Administración, Ventas o afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en telemarketing, ventas telefónicas, atención al cliente o puestos comerciales.
- Excelente comunicación verbal y capacidad de persuasión.
- Orientación al cliente y a resultados.
- Habilidad para negociar y manejar objeciones.
Habilidades requeridas
- Manejo básico de herramientas de Office.
- Experiencia utilizando CRM o sistemas de gestión comercial.
- Manejo de la inteligencia artificial.
