On‑Site Project & Contract Manager – Soto Cano, Honduras

About the role

We are seeking an experienced On‑Site Project Manager / Contract Manager to lead the day‑to‑day execution of an ongoing project in Soto Cano, Honduras. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who works closely with teams, solves problems on the spot and takes full ownership of operational delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for daily execution of the project and delivery of all contracted services at the site.
• Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for the client, ensuring requirements are understood and addressed.
• Lead and coordinate the on‑site team, including supervisors, subcontractors and service providers.
• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly operational activities, securing staffing, resources, equipment and services.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, conduct site walkthroughs and address any safety, quality or service gaps.
• Prepare and submit regular operational and performance reports to senior management and the client.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as HR, finance, procurement, logistics and HSE to meet project needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements and applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Site Manager, Contract Manager or similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage people, resources, subcontractors and multiple services simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, organization, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work fully on‑site in Soto Cano, Honduras.
• Fluent English – written and spoken; interview process conducted in English.
