About the role
We are looking for a reliable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in San Pedro Sula. The position works the daytime shift from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of occasional Saturday work if needed. This role is ideal for candidates who are motivated, punctual and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Follow production instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily output targets.
- Adhere to the daytime schedule of Monday to Friday and be available on Saturdays when required.
Required profile
- Reside in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
- Basic or secondary education completed.
- Previous experience in production is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Responsible, punctual and motivated to work.
- Team‑oriented attitude.
