About the role

This position is for a Production Operator who will carry out non‑critical, first‑level tasks on the shop floor. The role supports the manufacturing line by following defined procedures, policies, and processes to meet the established production plan.

Key responsibilities

Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
Maintain productivity while complying with production, quality, and food‑safety standards.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently to meet the production load of each area.
Produce goods according to quality, safety regulations and HACCP specifications.
Safeguard company assets and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.

Required profile

Primary education (sixth grade) completed.
No prior work experience required.

Required skills

Basic knowledge of HACCP food‑safety system.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
Basic handling of production equipment.
