About the role

This position is for a Production Operator who will perform non‑critical, first‑level tasks on the manufacturing floor. The role supports the production plan by ensuring smooth operation of assigned workstations while adhering to quality, safety and food‑handling standards.

Key responsibilities

Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
Maintain productivity and meet the production load assigned to each area.
Ensure compliance with production, quality and food‑safety standards, including HACCP requirements.
Handle food products safely and follow all relevant governmental regulations.
Protect company assets by using equipment correctly and reporting any issues.

Required profile

Primary education (sixth grade) completed.
No prior work experience required.
Ability to follow defined procedures, policies and processes.

Required skills

Basic understanding of HACCP and food‑safety principles.
