About the role
The Production Operator performs non‑critical tasks on the first‑level manufacturing line, ensuring that production targets are met while adhering to quality, safety and food‑handling standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities classified as non‑critical, maintaining productivity and meeting production schedules.
- Follow established procedures, policies and processes to guarantee compliance with quality, safety and HACCP regulations.
- Handle assigned workload efficiently across all designated areas of the plant.
- Maintain the quality and safety standards required by governmental regulations and technical specifications.
- Protect company assets by ensuring proper use and upkeep of equipment and tools.
Required profile
- Primary education completed (sixth grade).
- No prior work experience required.
