About the role

The Production Operator performs non‑critical tasks on the shop floor, supporting the manufacturing process in a food‑handling environment. This entry‑level position follows established procedures, policies, and processes to help meet the daily production plan.

Key responsibilities

Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
Maintain productivity while adhering to production, quality, and food safety standards.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently, ensuring the workload for each area is met.
Produce according to HACCP guidelines and governmental regulations.
Safeguard company assets by ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment.

Required profile

Primary education completed (sixth grade).
No prior experience required.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a manufacturing setting.

Required skills

Basic understanding of HACCP principles.
Awareness of food safety and handling standards.
