About the role
The Production Operator performs non‑critical, entry‑level tasks on the shop floor, supporting the daily production plan. This position is ideal for candidates with basic education who can follow established procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
- Maintain productivity and meet the assigned production load for each area.
- Ensure compliance with production, quality, and food‑safety standards, including HACCP regulations.
- Produce goods according to technical specifications and governmental safety regulations.
- Protect company assets by using equipment correctly and reporting any issues.
Required profile
- Primary education completed (sixth grade).
- No prior work experience required.
- Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines.
