About the role

The Production Operator performs non‑critical tasks on the shop floor, supporting the manufacturing process in a food‑processing environment. The role follows defined procedures, policies, and processes to help meet the established production plan while ensuring safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical, maintaining productivity and adherence to production, quality, and food safety standards.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently, meeting the workload targets for each production area.
Produce output that complies with HACCP regulations, governmental food‑safety requirements, and technical specifications.
Safeguard company assets by ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools.

Required profile

Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
No prior work experience required.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a production environment.

Required skills

Basic understanding of HACCP principles and food‑handling safety.
