About the role

The Production Operator performs non‑critical tasks on the shop floor, supporting the first‑level manufacturing process. The role ensures productivity, compliance with quality and food‑safety standards, and proper use of company assets.

Key responsibilities

Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
Maintain production targets while adhering to quality, safety, and HACCP standards.
Follow assigned tasks efficiently to meet the workload of each area.
Produce output that complies with governmental regulations and technical specifications.
Safeguard company assets and ensure proper equipment usage.

Required profile

Primary education completed (sixth grade).
No prior work experience required.
Ability to follow procedures, policies, and defined processes.

Required skills

Knowledge of basic food‑handling practices.
Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles.
