About the role
This position is an entry‑level production operator role focused on non‑critical tasks within the first level of the manufacturing process. The employee will work on the production floor, ensuring that output meets the established productivity, quality, and food safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical, maintaining productivity targets.
- Follow defined procedures, policies, and processes to meet production plans.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and HACCP standards for food handling.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently, meeting the production load for each area.
- Maintain and safeguard company assets, ensuring proper use and functionality.
Required profile
- Primary education completed up to sixth grade.
- No prior work experience required.
