About the role
We are looking for a Production Operator to perform non‑critical tasks on the shop floor. The role supports the first‑level operational process, ensuring productivity while adhering to quality, safety and food‑handling standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
- Maintain productivity and meet the production plan for the assigned area.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and food‑inocuity standards, including HACCP requirements.
- Follow established procedures, policies and processes.
- Care for company assets, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
Required skills
- Basic understanding of HACCP and food safety principles.
