Operations Coordinator – Drive Performance & Continuous Improvement

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Operations Coordinator to support our Operations team, strengthen cross‑departmental alignment, and foster a high‑performing work environment at Grupo Levanter.

Key responsibilities

• Support and guide supervisors to meet service levels, performance metrics, and quality objectives.
• Analyze operational data, identify trends, and develop action plans for improvement.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process solutions.
• Collaborate with Workforce, Quality Assurance, Training, and HR for operational alignment.
• Coordinate retention initiatives and develop employee engagement strategies.
• Handle client escalations with a client‑first approach.
• Address performance concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote open communication.
• Contribute to SOP development and support new projects and rollouts.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in team leadership and operations oversight.
• Strong understanding of processes, KPIs, and client expectations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to analyze performance data and implement actionable improvements.
• Experience managing escalations, conflicts, and performance issues.
• Organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Professionalism, accountability, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Emotional intelligence, collaborative leadership, and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Upper‑intermediate English (written and oral).
