Operations Security Analyst

About the role

The Operations Security Analyst supports IntouchCX’s security processes by ensuring compliance, monitoring controls, and assisting with audits. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to translate security requirements into actionable tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance frameworks and standards.
• Perform internal audits and help prepare documentation for external audits.
• Monitor partner assessment progress and escalate gaps to the Operations Security Manager.
• Prepare incident and status reports, collect evidence, and draft findings.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions on compliance, risk, and security.
• Serve as the point of contact for operational security questions from internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑2 years of experience in document management, compliance, audits, or process building.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with close attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking to identify deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Effective written and oral communication skills for cross‑functional interaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Knowledge of ISO standards, PCI DSS, or similar compliance frameworks (preferred).
