Outbound Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Executive to drive B2B revenue growth in San Pedro Sula. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and full‑cycle selling.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients via cold calls and outreach campaigns.
• Conduct discovery calls, qualify leads, and present tailored solutions.
• Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in a CRM system and manage the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑off and customer onboarding.

• Proven experience in B2B outbound sales and business development.
• Confident initiating conversations with decision‑makers.
• Strong discovery, qualification, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Resilient, self‑motivated, and comfortable working toward KPIs.
• Excellent English communication skills.
