About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security screening and provide passenger service at check‑in counters and gate areas.
• Assist passengers with inquiries, process reservations, issue tickets and verify travel documentation.
• Check baggage, calculate excess baggage charges according to tariff rules, and communicate fees to travelers.
• Lift and carry bags or boxes weighing up to 70 lb and stand for prolonged periods as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Working knowledge of the Sabre reservation system.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
• Strong customer‑service, communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet grooming standards.
• Fluency in English and the native language.
