About the role
As a People Experience and Culture Specialist you will create a positive experience for all employees by supporting initiatives, activities and events, while upholding Horatio’s culture of integrity, respect and harmony.
Key responsibilities
- Drive company‑wide engagement programs, events and initiatives.
- Support food benefit, wellness initiatives and transparent communication tools.
- Develop diversity and inclusion practices and maintain monthly calendars of celebrations.
- Assist with Horatio Cares, Horatio Goes Green, onboarding and team‑building activities.
- Coordinate perks and benefits, keeping information up‑to‑date and communicated.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive.
- Strong‑willed yet empathetic and easy to work with.
- Desire to learn new skills and contribute to a dynamic culture.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
- Proficiency with Slack.
