About the role

As a Quality Assurance Auditor you will ensure operational excellence by conducting thorough evaluations of internal processes and workflows. You will focus on maintaining high standards of compliance and efficiency, providing actionable insights to enhance organizational performance and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive operational audits to verify alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement structured auditing frameworks, including detailed scorecards and evaluation metrics.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify process bottlenecks and areas for strategic improvement.
• Generate precise documentation and reports detailing audit findings, risks, and recommended corrective actions.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and process integrity.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance or operational auditing.
• Proven expertise in applying auditing methodologies and structured documentation practices.
• Hands‑on experience developing and monitoring scorecards and KPIs.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on compliance and process improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
