About the role

Blacksmith Agency is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to own the full hiring cycle for senior roles across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy. The role is fully remote, serving talent pools in Latin America, South Africa and beyond.

Key responsibilities

Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from intake call to final offer.
Source and engage candidates across multiple regions and time zones.
Provide a seamless, respectful candidate experience that reflects Blacksmith’s standards.
Assess candidates for skills, cultural fit and performance potential.
Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full‑time talent for rapid hiring.
Keep the ATS data clean, pipeline driven and hiring managers informed.

Required profile

2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in tech, digital or creative agencies.
High accountability mindset with minimal need for micromanagement.
Global perspective comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and automated workflows.
