Recruitment Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Viva Talent is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to guide candidates from application through pre‑onboarding while improving the hiring process with data, AI, and automation. This fully remote position supports Viva’s mission to create meaningful career opportunities for women in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Review applications, conduct interviews, communicate with candidates, maintain the ATS and pipeline, and support pre‑onboarding.
• Create a clear, timely, engaging, and respectful candidate experience at every step.
• Refine communications, interview processes, surveys, and resources to continuously improve hiring.
• Analyze data and feedback to identify friction points and implement practical improvements.
• Build smarter workflows using AI and automation to reduce manual effort.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience improving candidate, employee, or customer experiences.
• Strong English communication skills (C1+), both written and spoken.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a creative eye for communications and materials.
• Committed to staying at least 2 years in a role within the last three positions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Notion.
• Experience using Google Workspace and spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and automation tools.
• Interest in AI‑driven hiring solutions.
