Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and reservation requests promptly.
• Gather client preferences and research available options and services.
• Assist with reservations, confirmations, and any required documentation.
• Provide accurate information, timely updates, and review reservation details.
• Handle changes, special requests, and maintain accurate client records.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and communicate with service providers when needed.
• Uphold professional customer service standards throughout all interactions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized and reliable, able to follow up effectively.
• Comfortable using computers and online platforms.
• Previous experience in customer service, reservations, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
