Remote Project Manager (Technology Projects)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology projects for a portfolio of global clients, including large enterprises and innovative startups. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report on project progress, providing guidance to team members.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Facilitate clear communication among teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial compliance.
• Identify growth opportunities and support technology implementation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
