Remote Recruiter – Sales Talent for US Pest Control

About the role

We are looking for a remote recruiter to source and place sales professionals for U.S. pest‑control companies. The role is independent‑contractor based, focused on finding residential sales inspectors, termite and commercial reps, and sales managers.

Key responsibilities

• Search job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter) and LinkedIn daily, contacting new applicants the same day.
• Proactively source candidates not actively applying, targeting salespeople in pest control, home services, roofing, solar, alarm, security, and door‑to‑door sectors.
• Conduct screening calls to assess sales experience, metrics (leads, close rate, ticket size), compensation history and expectations.
• Follow up persistently with busy sales professionals, managing multiple touch points to secure interviews.

Required profile

• Prior recruiting experience, preferably in sales, inside/outside, commission‑based or door‑to‑door roles.
• Strong spoken and written English for daily phone and video interactions with U.S. candidates and hiring managers.
• Professional phone presence and video‑call demeanor, able to “sell” the job to salespeople.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Comfortable working U.S. Eastern or Central business hours (approximately 8 am‑5 pm).
• Reliable home office setup with computer, fast internet and a quiet background for video calls.

What we offer

• Base compensation of $1,800 USD per month.
• Commission and bonuses: $250–$500 per placement plus average monthly commissions of $750–$1,250.
• Independent‑contractor status with up to 10 planned days off per year and U.S. holidays.
• Fully remote work for candidates located anywhere in Latin America who can cover U.S. time zones.
