About the role

We are a global leader in heavy construction equipment seeking a Regional Sales Representative to drive business for microgrid and renewable energy solutions in Honduras. The role focuses on generating new opportunities, achieving sales targets, and building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new customers in construction, mining, agriculture and related sectors.
• Identify client needs and propose appropriate microgrid and renewable energy systems.
• Conduct equipment demonstrations and explain technical features.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and negotiate sales terms.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including delivery coordination and post‑sale service.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date market and competitor intelligence and feed insights to product strategy.
• Record all activities in the CRM and report results.

Required profile

• Technical or higher education (technical degree or above).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of the renewable energy market in Mexico and experience with EPC projects.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel as required.
