Research Management Assistant – Marketing Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a Research Management Assistant to support marketing logistics across multiple countries. The role combines project monitoring, field operations reporting and coordination of study materials to ensure smooth execution of market research studies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor study quotas and prepare detailed field operation reports.
• Collaborate with teams to review and deliver study materials to field staff.
• Provide training to area members to align them with study objectives and training designs.
• Review coding, database structures and qualitative filters to maintain data quality.
• Follow up with validation and other departments until data is handed over to the design team.
• Support audit activities for field area supervision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Engineering, Projects, Administration, Marketing or a related logistics/coordination field.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• At least one year of experience in logistics, project coordination and execution.
• Ability to monitor multi‑country projects with high resolution capacity.
