About the role

The Construction Site Resident will coordinate and supervise the daily execution of works on a construction project, ensuring that plans, technical specifications and quality standards are met. This full‑time, onsite position is based in the central district of the project area.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities, verify compliance with drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Monitor physical progress, manage material and human resources, and prepare progress and cost‑control reports.
• Ensure adherence to occupational safety and health regulations on site.
• Maintain clear communication with project management, suppliers and field personnel.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage personnel on construction sites.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control and project budget optimisation.
• Background in construction project control, including planning, schedule tracking and deviation management.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices.
• Technical or university degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field; proficient with office tools and construction management software.
• Understanding of flexible and rigid pavement systems and earthworks.
• Registered with the CICH professional board and financially solvent; willingness to travel to project locations.
