Sales Specialist

About the role

Quadrivius Honduras is seeking a high‑performing Sales Specialist to convert trial users of the 123 Loadboard platform into paying customers. You will own the end‑to‑end conversion process, driving revenue and expanding the product’s footprint in the logistics market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales conversion cycle from trial activation to paid subscription.
• Engage, follow up, and nurture trial users to maximize conversion rates.
• Identify customer needs and clearly articulate the value of 123 Loadboard.
• Overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close deals consistently.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales with a results‑driven mindset.
• Strong closing mentality and ability to ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
• High energy, competitive, and resilient to rejection.
• Experience in logistics, SaaS, or subscription‑based sales is a plus.
