Senior AI/ML Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design and implementation of our core machine‑learning systems. You will fine‑tune large language models, build NLP pipelines, and automate insurance‑related workflows while continuously improving model performance through user feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and fine‑tune NLP systems to extract structured data from dense, jargon‑heavy insurance documents.
• Lead the creation and adaptation of large language models specific to our domain.
• Design training workflows that incorporate user corrections for ongoing model improvement.
• Apply computer‑vision techniques to extract information from PDFs, scanned files, and other unstructured formats.
• Build intelligent agents that interact with complex web interfaces using Playwright or Selenium.
• Create robust evaluation pipelines and performance metrics for all models.
• Architect scalable infrastructure for training, inference, and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with the CEO and CTO to shape the company’s technical direction.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional Python development experience.
• 4+ years of hands‑on AI/ML development, preferably with large language models.
• Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
• Familiarity with MongoDB and AWS services.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for building novel solutions.
