About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to lead the early stages of the sales cycle for high‑potential technical accounts. This remote position focuses on generating qualified leads and connecting market opportunities with the company’s complex tech services.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multi‑channel prospecting to identify and engage decision‑makers in target B2B organizations.
• Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and uncover technical service needs.
• Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in CRM platforms.
• Articulate the value proposition of complex technical services to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation tactics.
• Hand off qualified opportunities to senior sales executives with a seamless transition.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a comparable commercial role.
• Proven track record selling technical services or B2B SaaS products.
• Strong ability to engage senior decision‑makers and understand technical requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
